ll the rooms are double, with the posibility of an extra bed. The same price during all the year.

* Double: 80 euros + 8% VAT.

* Extra bed: 30 euros + 8% VAT.

* Continental breakfast: 4 Euros per person (VAT included) and it consists of: natural orange juice, coffee or infussion, croissant, toast with butter or marmalades.

* Breakfast à la carte.

Businesses can reserve the meeting room for the entire day, morning or evening. Coffee break is included in the price.

* The price of reserving the meeting room for a half day is 130 euros + 8% VAT.

* The price of reserving the meeting room for the entire day is 210 euros + 8% VAT.

Reservations can be made by telephone or e-mail.

POLICY OF RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION OF ROOMS

TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION IT IS NECCESARY:
Name and surnames, nº IDN or passport, a telephone number or an e-mail and a number of credit card with the expired date which it will be charged a 25% of the total price rooms and reserved nights, VAT included. Otherwise, if someone doesn´t want to give the credit card, the amount will pay in our account, referring to the bank your name, to let us know to which reservation is the sum deposit.

IN CASE OF CANCEL THE RESERVATION:
If you notify 14 days or more before the date of entrance: return of 100% of the sum deposit.
If you notify 13 or 10 days before the date of entrance: return of 75% of the sum deposit.
If you notify 9 or 5 days or more before the date of entrance: return of 50% of the sum deposit.
If you notify 4 days before the date of entrance or without notice: sum deposit cannot be refunded.
